  so lady couldt switch my number to a new device and i never knew my husband needed to be in person so i can just switch my number to new device never had this issue its ridiculous!

  Monday June 21 7.30 pm the girl there was EXTREMELY RUDE. asked for owners name and refused to give it. I had issues making calls from my 2 phones and she said everything was good. I then proceeded to call my internet provider from there and she asked me to leave. That I was not going to use her internet. DO NOT GO THERE! I HAD PURCHASED A PHONE FROM THEM LAST YEAR, BUT NEVER GOING BACK. ALSO, THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS THERE AT THE TIME. I am a senior person, have been sick i stated that ,and she still asked me to leave. I only wanted to call my internet service provider. That's all. I felt vulnerable and rejected.
