Monday June 21 7.30 pm the girl there was EXTREMELY RUDE. asked for owners name and refused to give it. I had issues making calls from my 2 phones and she said everything was good. I then proceeded to call my internet provider from there and she asked me to leave. That I was not going to use her internet. DO NOT GO THERE! I HAD PURCHASED A PHONE FROM THEM LAST YEAR, BUT NEVER GOING BACK. ALSO, THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS THERE AT THE TIME. I am a senior person, have been sick i stated that ,and she still asked me to leave. I only wanted to call my internet service provider. That's all. I felt vulnerable and rejected.

Anything can change in life and nothing is perfect but currently at the time of writing this comment I would say Cricket Wireless is not worth it anymore, but now if your going to be charging fee's of $15 instead I will take my money elsewhere

I called Metro to add a line after 4 years of service I hadn't even upgraded my phone since then, they tell me it would be 315$ total. So I decided to switch to cricket, I tried doing it on my own online to avoid activation fees and all those other fees they charge you at the store.How ever I couldn't process my online order, and Cust service wouldn't help me!. So I went to Cricket on Ruben Torres and met the most wonderful woman (Mary) she was very knowledgeable and such a positive person I couldn't say no to getting the case 🥰. Thank you Mary my nephew ABSOLUTELY LOVED his going back to school Gift! 🎁.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff. My favorite Cricket store in Brownsville :D
