  Ordered online ahead at 11:00 am. Order was to be ready by 11:30. Arrive at 11:30 and order was not ready, was rudely told to wait in line. Not a good experience ordering via the app.

  I ordered online for pickup and when I got there they said they were out of everything. I made the order more than 30 minutes before I came to pick it up, I don't understand why they didn't just cancel. 😐

  Ordered 2 sandwiches via the subway app. Both sandwiches are incorrect and are missing half the ingredients. I understand running out of ingredients later in the day but no heads up is crazy.

  Went there for lunch door was locked cops answered eating sandwiches. Said no more bread they are cooking come back later. It is later and its lunch time complete bs why did the cops answer the door anyway eating a subway.
