  Flavor was good but the texture of the wings were off, almost chewy/rubbery. Wasn't able to enjoy the whole meal.

  Never answer the phone for call in orders or if the answer they have you wait 10+ minutes and end up hanging up

  I love this place but something about delivery and customer service with them doesn’t click. I was beyond patient at that. When I showed I was finally frustrated after it being two hours and still no food I was given a attitude to hold on and the told we are “we giving a refund is that all” 4:11pm placed order 4:47 was supposed to be delivered, at 5:14pm it said door dash canceled the order. I called back up to the store and got told the only way to fix it is to send it out again. 6:10pm I wait again another 40 min pass I was told no one has been to pick up the order again. The lady on the phone when I expressed my frustration would cut me off during that and say uh okay. At that point I didn’t want food that’s been sitting and I didn’t want to wait any more when it’s been two hours already. The right thing to have done was to comp the order and send it out. But instead I waisted time and had a family unfed.

  Beautiful experience loved the atmosphere, very well organized and the workers were thoughtful! I had a wonderful time being here, didn’t like how some customers were treating the staff though. I get people want things but everyone is busy. Wish people had more respect for the workers! Here are some pictures;
