- JPJenna Hintzel PecorApr 3, 20261.0I went in this morning and was trying to speak with the very nice lady with red hair to explain to her that the last time I came in another person had charged me a for a label to mail something back to Amazon even tho I had a scan code. While she was talking to me a very rude guy named Steven (who said he was the Asst. Manager) took the scanner from her, told me to STOP TALKING, that what I said was impossible... , he scanned my code. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and ridiculous to be in management. I have been in customer service for 32 years, and this was uncalled for. He should not hold that type of title with that type of attitude. If you want to call your customer a liar, you should know what you are talking about first. I will not go back, I will gladly go somewhere else.
- LHLenette HastingsMar 23, 20261.0This worker ( DAVID) is always very unprofessional and disrespectful, today when I dropped off a package, there was know one in line and he had a very large box that he was scanning merchandise individually and just throwing the small packages inside, his attitude is like he hates his job, again he’s very unprofessional his behavior is always very rude I had to ask to be waited on, when I was the only one in the ups store as a customer, he was more focused elsewhere, and this elderly lady assisted me instead of him, he definitely needs to be retrained to work in a public place
