  Absolutely love coming in. Marcello and Yukiah (I tried, hopefully got it) are amazing! They never disappoint, always help me out, and are always willing to answer questions.

  The Brady location associates are always helpful and great customer service. However cricket the main cricket is the most ridiculous payment option. Cause I paid for bridge pay said it was accepted and here we are with no phone service. I'm not paying the reconnect fee and maybe switching my service this is bs. I'll be contacting cricket asap. I'm furious.

  Very disappointed in the service I received from this location. I will not ever use cricket wireless nor will I recommend it to anyone.

  Unfortunately, can not give 5 star review, as my cousin recently went there and the customer service rep, Nora, was very rude to her. This is not the first time either. She even went as far as messaging my cousin on Fb messenger. That’s harassment! What kind of business are you all running there? To allow this type of Unprofessional behavior is ridiculous!! We will be calling corporate and filing an official complaint! Hate to see Brady represented in such a manner.
