    This is probably happened 8-10 times already but, the young man who works for subway who has his hair in a pony tail doesnt change out his gloves very often or even at all when touching certain things behind the counter. today for example, as he was about to start adding on vegetables for my sub, he noticed the customer who was trying to pay didnt press a button on they keypad to not tip, so he reached over with his gloves and pressed it for him and i waited to see if he would change his gloves but he didnt. they keypad to pay is touched by every single person whether they just washed their hands or they havent washed them all day and he decided to touch it and then was about to touch my sandwich with the same gloves. I decided to speak up and ask him kindly if he could change gloves. he did and i though that was it…well he decided to hit another button on yalls cash register/computer to close out the last persons order who just paid and then immediately touched my sandwich. at that point i couldnt do anything else about it except for accept the fact my sandwich was now touched by dirty gloves, even though just 5 seconds before, i asked him to change his gloves. i dont bring this up to get him in trouble, i bring it up for the fact that he probably does this to many other people and those people most likely notice it as well and its gross.

    I work down the street and have given them several chances and it’s never good. Manager gave me a literal lecture the other day regarding the free footlong sandwich coupon I had used. He went on and on about how the sandwich cost him money and the app shouldn’t haven’t allowed me to use the coupon. I have mainly ordered through the mobile app and they RARELY get it right. The vegetables are nowhere near fresh, you pay for extra meat and don’t get it, the list goes on. Would absolutely not recommend this place. Will not be back this time.
