  Myste was the most kind and intelligent person I have ever dealt with at cricket. She not only knew everything about deals, phones and service but she did it with such a passion and love. I will continue to use cricket purely for Myste. What an incredible person.

  Not even worth 1 star. Went there to upgrade 2 phones, they had no idea about details for any of the phones they were trying to sell, didn't have demos for them & couldn't give me any info at all about what I was looking for. Sold us 2 of the very worst phones. One just quit working for no reason 10 days after buying it. Not only were they extremely rude when I went back to talk to them about it, but because it was over 7 days they won't do anything about it. So we wasted hundreds of dollars on a product that doesn't even work & was never what we wanted to begin with. This place is a joke, don't waste your money buying anything there. Edited to add: 1 day since posting this, the other phone's camera has shattered, so now both phones have broken in less than 2 weeks. Neither of the phones were dropped or damaged.
