  I have been having such an awful time with other carriers after the loss of my brother who’s plan I was under. The guys here at cricket in bonham have been helpful and kind when I honestly really needed it. Can’t thank rayann and Jacob enough.

  Relatively bad on the phone with customer service and in person. And had to pay my own money to fix their mistake. Not happy at all. Please Cricket dont post that ur sorry for my experience cause ur standard sent out post doesnt mean anything. And ur not
