  My fortune was to be contacted with your associate Claudia at the UPS store in Boerne. She listened and took down all the information. She told me exactly how she was going to handle the situation. And that she would keep me updated as the process Unfortunately, the reality was to file a claim with UPS. She again stepped up with professional assistance to assist me. My hopes are that you recognize young associates with such people skills in some capacity

  Walked in tonight for a quick scan and the young lady that helped me acted as if I was bothering her and she was just completely rude as hell.

  The people who work in the store are fantastic, and I see that there are people asking about wheelchair access accessibility. The door into the store is very hard to open, and I don’t see how anyone in a wheelchair would be able to do it by him or herself. A person would definitely need someone to open the door for him or her.

  Had a great experience at this UPS Store. I came in with an Amazon return that I’d just brought in a bag — not boxed at all — and the staff didn’t hesitate to box it up for me and get it shipped out. They were friendly, quick, and made what could’ve been a hassle completely painless. Highly recommend this location for returns and shipping.

  Stewart saved the day!!! My son's wedding programs had to be updated last minute so I went in hoping he could get them done within a few days. Not only did he do them right then and there, he helped me pick the right paper and they came out perfect!
