  Great customer service & friendly. Been with them for years & they are family to me. Answers all my questions & work with me concerning my auto & house insurance to better manage it. They are always there when I need them. Always consistent & persons of integrity. We have a great relationship. I don't see that with other agents. Thank you for great service!

  House insurance is reasonable but vehicle insurance is expensive. But things have gone a lot smoother having an assigned agent now with the vehicle insurance.

  Why does the Drivewise record the trip when I am a passenger? Is there a way to inform it I am not driving while I'm a passenger? Claim process was a challenge.
