  Food wasn't like im use to😡...Disappointed...guess whenever im craving for wingstop again...ill wait to go to wingstop on firt hood syreet...The evening shift..is the b3st ...they the one got me hooked on wingstop.... the girl at the front counter was awesome yet when I got home...grab out the food...and the looks had me frowning...the taste ...seem warm up...no glacor...whuch I ask for extra season on my flats...yeahhh im mad but still I love me some wingstop.....Fort hood crew ill be coming soon🏃🏽‍♂️...but belton nope......this is my opinion and taste bud

  Food was okay but there is no excuse for employees yelling at each other loudly as we sat and waited for our food. We won’t be returning again.

  I placed an order for 10 lemon pepper wings, 10 hot honey rub, and 10 original hot wings. Normally whenever I place a Wingstop order, because there is no option for extra seasoning on the Postmates app, I’m always able to call the Wingstop location to ask and they will add the extra seasoning or rub to the wings. I’ve done this at the Killeen location, Harker Heights location, and I’ve never had an issue. When I called into this Wingstop location and asked for extra seasoning on the lemon pepper and hot honey rub wings, I was told by the employee that they cannot accommodate extra seasoning because there is an extra charge. I have never heard of Wingstop ever charging for extra seasoning on wings, even on Postmates the extra seasoning option for the fries is free. I received my order, and not only did they completely forget our hot honey rub wings, they gave us double lemon pepper, and the wings were basically naked. Luckily Postmates accommodated me and gave me my refund, but I will never order from this location again.

  It's a roll of the dice one week you can get excellent service and wings and the next week your order is disgusting. I ordered well done wings yesterday and my order was not well done, in fact they were undercooked, and I had to cook in airfryer. Unfortunately I could not take it back as I had a newborn to tend to and it was late. Food is too expensive to not enjoy
