This subway located inside the Walmart at 2604 north main in Belton Tx is ridiculous during peak times of the day. There are 2 people there but the gentleman (Adrian) literally does everything during the most busiest time of the day.
He always pleasant never gets frustrated and is always nice to all customers. The girl (idk her name) never comes out to help him. She stays in the back doing who knows what. While he has a line at the counter waiting on customers, preparing their meals and taking care of them at the register. I have been in there when the line is extremely busy and the girl NEVER comes out to help him during peak times (between 1pm-3pm). I had to wait 25 minutes for my food with an hour lunch while me and 3 others were waiting and she never came to help. After I got my meal and sat down 5 more people came in and the girl is sitting at the table talking to some guy, sees all these people in the line and once again NEVER came to help Adrian at all! When she finally was done talking, she went back to the back, then she FINALLY comes to help, when by that time the line wasn't that long! Very irritating but this the norm for that place. Idk who she is but someone definitely needs to talk to her. that is unacceptable to have to wait almost 30 minutes when she could help but chooses not to. This subway was never like this before. Let's not talk about the app. I can order my food 15-20 minutes before I take my lunch and it's still not ready when I get there. Why? Maybe because she never comes to help with line!?

Got a sandwich at subway in Walmart Belton.
The man that made my sandwich gave me 3 banana pepper slices and 4 black olive slices. The lettuce was stale. Asked for napkins instead of handing me a couple he filled the napkin holder and told me the napkins were over there.
I won’t go here to eat again.

Came here 1 day for lunch for the family spent over $50 plus tax when ordering my sandwich. I asked to have a couple of onions. Added to the sandwich. The attendant looked at me and told me, no. I can't have any add-ons. No onions added to my sandwich because of a corporate rule of some sort that I've never heard of regardless. I spent over $50 and you can't add a couple of onions to my sandwich. Just lost a customer
