  Very frustrating experience at this Subway. My friend and I walked in and waited around 10–15 minutes before we were even helped. Mike was on the register but was putting in waste and told us he was about to clock out. The other employee appeared to be in the back, so we were basically left standing there waiting. By the time we were finally helped, I was understandably frustrated. What made the situation worse was that instead of simply helping us and moving on, Mike continued going back and forth with me while we were trying to place our order. Then, while this was still happening, other customers came in who Mike appeared to know, and he immediately jumped in to help them while continuing to argue with me. That was extremely confusing because I was told he couldn’t really help us because he was about to clock out. The entire situation was unnecessary and very unprofessional. I understand that employees have shifts and things they need to do before clocking out, but customers shouldn’t be left waiting and then made to feel like an inconvenience. I left feeling very disappointed with the customer service I received.

  I love subway....... but lately I have been on a budget and my kids wanted subway....... so i go there and asked if they sell the bread? They do, $7 a loaf of bread?????? What? Nevermind off to Walmart I go.... i needed 5 so $35 on bread? Well its nothing the staff did that made me review a 1 star is the....... money hungry of a business, they stated that they now have to charge the bread as a veggie delight? Nevermind..... its sad cause I have ALL the same ingredients at home you can keep that bread! Oh how is this subways surviving with all this bad reviews? Like I said the staff that helped me was nice thank you for that! It seems like either that staff or the sandwiches prices are driving your customers away....

  If I can leave zero stars i would.... waited make an order just to walk out... absolutely awful I order there cuz it's convenient and on the way home.. but this is the first time ever I had left not only disappointed.... but upset

  I come to this Subway once in a while. I always like working with Mike. He makes the neatest sandwich and ALWAYS has a GREAT ATTITUDE. I came today and a young employee named Phillip was rude right when I walked in. He showed irritability when I came to order. When it was time to top my sandwich he just stared at me without saying a word and pointed to the vegetables with his hand. When I told him I didn't know what he was doing, Angie, which is pretty nice, said they are being taught to ,"Vanna White." the toppings and that he was just doing his job. The guy was already irritated and rude with his demeanor. What happened to good service? If I decide to come back it will only be because of Mike. Hope it gets better.
