  Walked in and was ignored by all 3 employees. Nobody even acknowledged I existed. Not a hi. Not I'll be with you in a minute. Nothing. Saw the kiosk on the way out. Maybe that's what they expect, but that's no reason to act like I don't exist when I step up in front of you.

  This store is apparently operated by children. Music is so loud you can't hear the workers nor can they hear you. I assume none of them except one understands celiac disease (gluten allergy). They offer a sandwich made in a bowl like a salad and apparently these children have an issue with that. Some serious training is needed. The customer is actually paying your salary should probably be at least a little respectful or try. Rolling your eyes at the customer doesn't fly. If a customer gets good service they will tell one or two other people, if they get bad service they will tell a hundred or more.
