  You get one star because I enjoyed the music to help take my mind off of the service. I'm not about putting bad reviews, usually just when someone has good service. But this was beyond bad. If you're walking in you'll stand there forever Until they finish all the to go ones, they ignore you. They don't even say hello, how can we help you? They say nothing, the worst service freaking ever. I had to ask them to please make my sandwich so I can go. The boy just stared at me and kept doing what he was doing. The management apparently does not know how to run this food service. Why do you not have someone pacifically for making to go orders and someone else to wait on you when you're in the store? I know it's all about profits, but what has happened to good service and caring about your people that you serve. Use to be one of my favorite places. I will no longer be going to Subway. I'm sorry but I just had to get that out there. I don't want others to have to wait an hour!

  Staff was friendly, but the entire store is filthy. The floors need swept, tables need to be wiped, the drink stations and all the supplies are sticky and dirty. Yall need to staff appropriately, so all these items can be maintained FOR THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS. Behind the counter isn't a WHOLE lot better. Staff needs to change gloves between every order, and take them off entirely to collect cash or provide change. The lettuce needs to be changed out, it was brown. No idea how long its been sitting out. If I didn't have somewhere to be, I would probably have cancelled my order and gone elsewhere. Do better, managers

  I come here about once a week because I work close by and sadly to say I will not be coming back I've only had 1 good experience here every other time I have came this place is trash even when you come early and they have no business they still cannot get it together the manager has no clue what's going on there is only one guy there that seems to have enough sense to keep the line moving they never have sweet tea ready they brew it and never put sweetener in it I have to ask Everytime for them to put sweetener in it. And nobody wants to do it. Cookies look old and they have no other prepared. Never have the chips out I want they always have to go to back to gran them. And this sucks because it's the only sandwich place in bellmead also I came in one day and the manager was giving her family free food.
