  Joe was super patient and helpful despite my complicated and unprepared return process (I had too many items with barcodes all over the place). I appreciated his great customer service. Made my return process much more calm and relaxed.

  I had to return a metal drip pan I bought for my preK3 classroom. Joe was so professional, helped me salvage the box the drip pan arrived in. I was so appreciative that I did not have to purchase a whole new box. Excellent customer service

  The whole team here is great and a delight to work with. Special shout out to Kevin who's had to deal with me a few days in a row, I had a lot for him to do and he was able to take care of it all in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend this location to everyone!

  Gabriela is a great worker ! I had some doubts and questions on some of my returns and drop off and she answered all of them, she also explained the procedures that they do . Great work ! 🤩🙉

  After dealing with my claim for months I've honestly come to the conclusion that the owner is racist against people of color. Ive spoken with the long haired manager lady and she says "go through our owner or corporate" . Well after speaking with both the owner and coporate I keep getting told "it's a process?!" Same thing happened to my friend except she's white and says her claim was handled and paid out within a few days....It's 2026 are we really still like this?
