  Bunch of rude individuals just there to collect a paycheck. Go elsewhere if you expect any kind of customer service. Can't say what I want to say here.

  If I could give a big ZERO I would !!!!! Horrible customer service … stood at counter with THREE people behind the counter … waited on a customer behind me … waited … no one looked at me. Said could I help you …. Not one word !! Finally I was the only one at the counter and the guy says, ya can I help you ….. worst experience OVER !!!!!!!!

  The manager is a jerk. They no longer allow you to send them an email to print. They force you to log on to the computer and it tells you it will charge you for the page but at the end it also charges you $3 for using the computer. He tried to tell me that they also charged you for this from email but that is absolutely false. The manager argued with me and was rude throughout the whole process. Do not go here!!

  I love my UPS store. Alexander and Will are always so helpful and nice. They make shipping, picking up my packages, and managing my boxes there easy.
