The people here are great! True customer service. Kenneth not only carried in the parts of an item that I needed to return, but didn't have a box, but he let me know where to purchase a box large enough for the item. They then boxed the item and held it for me overnight so that I could get the return label. I highly recommend this UPS store,

Incredible team working here! There group of us waiting for them to open at 9 this morning. I was in and out in under 5 minutes along with about 10 others!

The owner of the store was willing to go out of his way and offer me a service that is not normally done not once but twice. It’s a good way to make new business.
