  Just had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in At 9:36 PM, trying to order food for my family and the young gentleman behind the counter said “dammit I’m trying to close. I’ve been here since 1 PM.” Just flat out disrespectful and rude. I guess these young kids don’t wanna work these days and rather complain and give a bad reputation to a reputable brand. I will never be visiting this location again and I will make sure that corporate hears about this as well. Not knowing that I am one of the subway contractors/tech designers for years!

  I ordered a Footlong Flatbread Chicken Teriyaki and used the Footlong BOGO deal to get a second one free. Both sandwiches were stuck to their wrappers, and the sauce was so overdone that the meat wasn't even staying in the sandwich. It was impossible to eat as a sandwich — I had to use a fork just to pick the meat out. Even then, the excessive sauce made it nearly inedible. Therefore I just had to throw it out. Disgusting and disappointed.

  Under new management. I almost did not go due to the stars but did anyway and i'm glad I did! great food, excellent customer service. I spoke to Mike, the owner, and he is definitely dedicated to customer service. This place will be 5 stars soon.
