Don't use this agency.
Allstate is already a horrible company for paying out claims and have good rates to sub for that. This agency started me an auto policy with the effective date being at the beginning of the month, half way through the policy they changed my draft date to the middle of the month. They did not alert me there was a billing error, CANCELLED my auto policy midterm, then emailed me the day after it was cancelled letting me know. They then said they could reinstate it but I would have to pay around double my monthly premium to reinstate. I payed what they were saying was "owed" to them, then was able to switch back to Farmers before a lapse appeared on my record. The agent I talked to had no answers for and no idea how they just switched my monthly draft date.
In Response: Attached is the screen shot of the email confirming you guys we're supposed to draft monthly on the 2nd of each month. The only notice I was given was the email sent on the 18th, the day after the policy was cancelled. I was never notified when the payment did not go through because the draft was attempted in the middle of the month and not on the 2nd as agreed upon. Attached are the snips of the person who signed me on telling me the payments would be the 2nd, the other person giving my only notice that the policy is cancelled (the day after it cancelled), and a portion of the transcript from the recorded call where your person has no idea why they just started drafting on the 22nd instead of the 2nd. We did have a payment issue earlier but it was handled. This is a different instance. As the owner, be a man and bite the bullet and admit when you messed up because I have the receipts just as you do.
