  Madame made my day today! She was kind, knowledgeable and had a smile on her face! I originally had called and spoke to someone who acted like they just woke up from a nap. So I decided to go into the office instead of talking to someone on the phone. I am so thankful that I did because I was ready to cancel my policy! Madame was able to cut my Premium in half! Well, almost half! I am so happy! Thank you, Madame, For making me feel like I mattered today And wasn’t just a number!! She deserves a raise!! My five stars is for Madame !!
