I cannot say enough good things about the expert advise and care I got from Susan as we processed the policy renewal review for both my home and my auto. She helped me raise my liability limits and explained everything so that I was confident making my decisions. Susan introduced me to Joanne and I was also approved to purchase an Umbrella Policy. Joanne walked me through the process and made it all super easy. It is great to know that Golseth and Puckett value employees that know and express the true values of great customer service. Both of these ladies made sure I have the coverages I need at a reasonable price. Nothing beats the peace of mind that comes from knowing someone is looking out for you and has your best interest at heart. Thank you both!

Alec Bennett was the agent that reached out to me today. Very professional, explained my insurance needs very clearly and helped me gain more coverage on home and auto for less money than my current provider.
