  The lady I spoke with (Amari) was great to work with, listened to my questions, and provided great service. She did everything she said she was going to do. You don’t enjoy that level of service very often anymore.

  I love dealing with Michelle Zuniga of Diamond Guard Allstate Insurance. She is always pleasant, never drops the ball and is so professional. I wish everyone had her customer service skills. It is because of her that I switched to and have stayed with Allstate. Thank you Michelle for doing all you’ve done to help me deal with the times I’ve had to make a claim. You turned a nightmare into something simple and easy to handle.

  I want to praise Heather from Provest insurance , Hurst, TX. I it were not for Heather taking charge, on our behalf, helping the process along, we still would be waiting to get our vehicle repaired. She went far and above to help us get results, because our claims adjuster was not helpful or concerned to really help, and was very arrogant and definitely not customer oriented. After a few conversations with him, I called Heather and asked for her assistance, knowing it was not her job doing an adjusters job. Since Day 1 with Allstate, Heather has been our go-to person who has always gotten results and fast! My husband was ready to DROP Allstate and get another Insurance company when this was all over, but, Heather came in and started getting things accomplished. I told my husband we NEED Heather on our side, when it comes to insurance companies and most of all, getting results, and with UTMOST friendliness! She is VERY customer friendly.
