  Trate de ir a que me ayudaran con cambiar mi numero a otro teléfono y la muchacha pesima actitud, mejor me sali a buscar otra tienda... Ocea si no le gusta trabajar en atención al cliente que no trabaje ahi.

  The lady at the front was very helpful and showed great hospitality helping me and my mom find a phone. If I need help again I will be sure to stop by.

  Absolutely horrible service at this location. Go to any other cricket store in the area even if it means driving an extra 20 miles to do so. The lady behind the counter was on speaker phone the entire time with someone, barely acknowledged or communicated with me, when she would communicate it was mostly with gestures or single words. After 15 minutes of standing there she basically said there was nothing she could do to help and told me to use the website, which had told me to go to a store. I get not liking your job but this level of indifference was obnoxious.

  Their is a lady she dose not know how to talk to customer , she is mean rude i came to buy phone case and a phone i saw her fighting with another customers and I noticed it is her fault You guys need to fire her ,
