  I was really impressed by how professional and kind Arleth was throughout my visit. Even while handling multiple customers, she stayed calm, respectful, and helpful. The UPS Store is fortunate to have someone with such a strong work ethic!!

  The professional service and honest interest by the staff to you the customer what you want or need; not being in a rush to get your money and send you out the door so the next customer in line could also be given half service

  I went to this location yesterday 3/30/26 and there was a line. No problem. Once I was next up, a Hispanic girl with glasses and acne on her face answers the company phone. She moved and spoke slowly to the person on the receiving end. The girl had no sense of urgency and was inconsiderate of the people waiting on her to get off the phone. I looked back and saw more people entering while she was still on the phone repeating herself, instead of asking the person on the phone to please hold and tend to the customers in front of her. I intervened asked her to place the caller on hold, and asked a question, which she said she could not do. I left and will not return to this location. The girl does not need to be in customer service if she doesn't have basic customer services skills.
