    If I could give 0 Stars I Definitely Would. This Location is Horrible. I did a Mobile Order Yesterday to get Delivered. I Usually would just Pick up from where ever I Ordering. I haven’t been to this Location in I don’t know how long Especially with not Staying in Beaumont. I am Visiting Family. I get My Order and all 3 Sandwiches on My Order were Incorrect and only one had Sticker keeping Sandwich Closed and Together, not Exposed. My Sandwich for Instance though I wanted All Veggies but Banana Peppers and Pickles and only got Lettuce, Tomatoes and Cucumbers. Nothing Else other than My Meat and Cheese. Two Sandwiches was also not Toasted on top of the Missing Veggies. I Expected and what I told the Employee I Spoke with Yesterday and Manager I Spoke with Today that if y’all were Out of something I should have gotten a Call about it not just Proceed with My Order and Me be Upset for not getting what I Ordered. I would have rather been Called and been told. And I wasn’t even told they were out of anything either when I spoke on it. Employee said She was going to make Note with the Manager not being in Until Today. Called Today and Manager Refused to give Me a Refund without having sandwiches when He was not in Yesterday or I would have brought them in. Before Hanging up He said He would give My Information over to another Manager whom is over Him and they’d get in contact with Me. I said Okay thinking He was about to Ask for My Information to put down and give and He Hung up on Me. I Tried Calling back and No Answer. I got on the Website and sent in Message to Customer Support, hoping someone Emails Me or gives Me a Call Regarding this Issue. This Location is the Most Unprofessional I’ve ever been to. They do not Care about their Customers. I don’t Write Bad Reviews but they sure do Deserve and I had to. Yall be aware.

    Craving subway today. My husband goes inside and there’s barely any meat in the containers. The sticker on the meatballs said Wednesday….(it’s Sunday) and then he asked the employee for 2 footlongs …. And they said “damn man really?” NY husband walked out after this and went to location on dowlen by HEB. The door was wide open and nobody inside. He walked in and said “hello?” And nothing. Waited for 1 minute and left. Not going back to these locations until it’s better.

    If i could give it a zero i would. I had 2 encounters with Margie the “manager”. First nasty encounter I let it go. Figured she was having a bad day. However today she was reprimanding me for not making it clear in the special instructions how i wanted mu sandwhich. Asked for corporate phone number and with a disgusting attitude said 1800subway. Asked for the manager and condescendingly spelled her name. This is my main subway but because of her i will never go back. I hope the owner sends someone incognito to see what many of their customers are referring to

    I never will purchase on this location again This Woman name Tracie treat me like she was treating her family members maybe I went there and because i ask for extra meet (of course i knew it was extra) She got upset and told me that it was gross contamination . I was like ok .. She was throwing vegetables everywhere and i ask her if i can have the store # She reply in a rude way You can find it online I never have a BAD Experience in any other restaurants like this one That women should get fired That's not the way to treat Costumers
