  We just got lunch from here today and the customer service was terrible. The girl making our sandwiches was new, I could tell, so she wasn’t at fault. What was irritating is the girl making the food kept asking for help and how do to things to the other girl at the back counter, destiny. Yet destiny was on the phone on speaker talking to a friend the entire time. So this new girl making food had to keep asking questions, didn’t even know which meat went with which name of sandwich. Yet, destiny never got off the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service. No care to help the new hire and very inappropriate being on the phone while multiple customers were in the store. The food was good, the girl who made the food did her best. She deserves a better worker to train her. I’ve worked as a manager in retail/customer service before and I’d fire that trainer girl in a heartbeat. Horrible service.

  The caramel lady with the twists is extremely rube, Unpolite, and unprofessional. Other than that the food is very good.

  Black lady here with short hair. Was extremely rude to her co worker. Kept being on her phone. Left her co worker when there was 6 people in line. Was gonna for 5 minutes. Came back and still was on her phone. Extremely unprofessional
