  Literally the worst subway in all of SETX. An hour and a half later and they finally decided to make our food that we paid for on the app. Im usually understanding. But one worker told me he was sick and going to throw up in the bathroom and the other basically told me he was too busy and I would have to wait till no customers walked in before they could make it...

  Came in on my short lunch break and ordered 12 cookies. The employee told me to wait 15 minutes (10 to bake, 5 to cool). I sat and waited patiently for 21 minutes, only to ask about them and be told she completely forgot to put them in the oven. Unacceptable customer service and a total waste of my break.It was a worker there she was a female with a male cut she was working hard the store was backed up and she kept calm but I was at subway today for an hour and some change for one cold cut salad and 12 cookies
