  The lady that has been making my lunch for the past several weeks has the best attitude and makes this place enjoyable to shop here. She is very knowledgeable and fast at what she does. I highly recommend visiting here .

  This will be a very candid review. I am normally excited for a great sandwich. While I can tell that the person helping me was obviously new and trying his hardest, the other employees were not watching over the new employee. Ordering my sandwich was extremely frustrating. Originally asked for one of the new pre-set up sandwiches on the menu. When he was struggling to get how to build the sandwich, I told him, "Never mind, just get me a flatbread sandwich." He spent a few minutes staring at the bread cabinet, trying to figure out where the Flatbread is. Meanwhile, the other employee had other patrons going around me, building their sandwiches. This was a long, drawn-out process, and I understand he is new and needs to learn. However, he should not be doing things himself when he is clearly lost and trying to learn his way around the kitchen. The sandwich was very poorly built with a heavy clump of salt/pepper in some spots, which made it difficult to eat the food i was so excited for. Training staff needs some work. Don't let someone employee or patron suffer from improper training.

  I always enjoy the food but this particular restaurant, its takes 30mins to order cuz there's only one employee. Out of cookies, out of bread except white & wheat. What are patrons gonna do who go in there this evening, if bread was out @ 3pm? Employee was very sweet-- it wasn't her fault. Hello management??
