I frequently visit this location and normally receive excellent service from your regular staff. I am not typically a customer who leaves negative feedback, but the service my husband and I experienced on May 14, 2026, warrants a formal complaint.
We were served by an employee we had not seen before, described as a Hispanic woman with a short ponytail. She was not wearing a visible name tag. From the very beginning of the interaction, she appeared visibly unhappy to serve us, despite the fact that my husband and I approached the counter with complete respect.
When asking my husband for his topping choices, instead of professionally telling us she couldn’t hear him through the glass she rudely demanded "What toppings?" Very aggravated without giving him a second to finish speaking. As she prepared our food, she repeatedly tossed the assembly tools back into the topping bins with noticeable frustration, making us feel like an absolute inconvenience.
At the end of the transaction, she handed us our receipt silently without a word of acknowledgment. While we sat and ate our meal, we observed her interacting with several other customers in the exact same dismissive, rude manner.
We genuinely love this location, but this particular employee's behavior was completely unacceptable and disrupted what is usually a great experience. Had there been another dining option closer by, we would have walked out.
