  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service — Natasha and Kevin Are the Best! My experience at Advance Auto Parts on Lucas Drive in Beaumont, TX, was a complete 180 from my experience at another location! The difference in customer service was absolutely incredible. Natasha, the manager, deserves special recognition for the way she treats customers. She represents what excellent customer service should look like: professionalism, respect, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. When you walk into an auto parts store with a problem, you want to feel that someone is listening, taking your concerns seriously, and making an honest effort to find a solution. That is exactly the kind of experience I had at this location. Natasha is a fantastic example of what a manager should be. Her approach made all the difference, and I truly appreciate the way I was treated. Employees and managers who go the extra mile to help customers deserve to be recognized. Advance Auto Parts on Lucas Drive has earned my five-star review and my appreciation. If you need automotive help in Beaumont, I highly recommend giving this location a visit.   Today i had the pleasure of receiving A1 customer service from Natasha and Dustin at Advance Auto Parts located at 4110 East Lucas Drive Beaumont, Tx. I had order a radiator hose from a different store that was close to where i worked and pick it up, unfortunately it was the wrong one. So i went to the closest store from my home. These two went above and beyond to help me i did not have a paper receipt but they brought to my reembrace of receiving a email receipt, and they worked on finding a way to look up the order by order number. Their patients, knowledge and professional courtesy is the pinnacle example of customer service. I recommend this store to anyone who looks to be treated fairly with the same consistency of patients, knowledge and of professional courtesy as Dustin and Natasha so demonstrate at this store not only with me but with other customers that i observed when they enter the store for help. I say to their District Supervising Manger. Natasha and Dustin should be commemorated for their service to customers.

  I stopped in a few days ago to pick up a new battery and some spark plugs. Apray and Natasha were incredibly helpful and had me laughing the whole time—they're some of the friendliest people I've ever met. They made the whole experience quick and enjoyable. The prices were great too. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

  Friendly knowledgeable help. The associate working Kevin assisted me in replacing my headlight. They always go out of their way to make sure I have what I need.
