  Food was good. I've had better. Fry's were almost unseasoned. The man taking the order had a clear speech impediment that made ordering extremely difficult. I could barely understand the questions he was asking. Had to ask him several times to repeat himself. I felt horrible. But I simply could not understand what he was saying. I ordered three entrees, all with three sides of ranch. I only got a total of three ranches. And when I asked for more ranches he couldn't understand what I was asking for. He tried telling me that there was three ranches. He couldn't understand that each order needed three ranches. A long time customer had to help me understand what kind of french fries he was asking that I wanted. Started my order at 12:11, didn't walk out of there with my correct order until 12:40pm. It's beyond me why management would put somebody with a clear difficulty in communication as the front of house liaison⁉️⁉️

  I ordered the 6 wing combo half Parmesan and glad lemon garlic glaze and the wings were fried til you couldn’t even pull it from the bone and smelled funny like it was old chicken I got thr combo with fries and added corn the corn and fries were decent but wings were terrible

  I ordered garlic parmesan wings—not wings dropped in a sandbox full of Parmesan. 🤦🏾‍♂️ The wings were completely buried under a ridiculous amount of dry, powdery cheese instead of being properly tossed and coated. It was messy, unbalanced, and honestly looked like nobody cared before sending the order out. I usually enjoy Wingstop, but this was unacceptable. Y’all have to do better because what the hell is this?!

  Nothing but teenagers running the store, felt like chaos. Unclean. I got 9 wings on my order of 10 wings, they were small and overcooked. Honestly wouldn’t go back to that location. The one on 146 is much better

  Went in to pick up my online order this afternoon. The male employee and young female employee where just sitting there behind the counter by the kitchen on their phones. No greeting the customer as we walk in. Then the male employee sees me and comes to ask my name while the young annoying female employee is singing at the top of her lungs and giggling thinking she's cute. Another female was actually doing her job sweeping and cleaning up. Management needs to review their cameras and get rid of useless employees like the 1 I mentioned.
