  I recently purchased a new phone at this particular store. I must say that I was more than satisfied. Shawn, the employee there was so helpful and showed great concern for my needs. He was very helpful, informative, patient and considerate. He didn't stop until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He assured that my new phone was working properly. I would recommend all of my friends to go and see him for their cell phone needs. To me Shawn would receive Employee of the year. Thanks Shawn for all of your help.

  The women at this wireless location did not want to help me AT ALL absolutely horrible. I went in for cricket service and told me she doesnt do cricket... but theres a cricket sign outside? And says your a cricket dealer online... and then still wouldnt show me anything else she had for phones... just crapy horrible service.
