I wanted to change to cricket from metro for a change but my hubby dont like it because they will always try to charge you extra for something else..but I insisted that they wont this time.. So he said then call and asked then! So I called put it on speaker..sure enought the lady told me that If i move now they have a promo of 0 activation fees and if i get the free phones then O will only pay the service $80... When I went to the store I choose 2 of the free phones... To my surprise, she came out with $38 extra payment! The phones cleary say free! And she told me no activation but instead of paying $80 i end up paying $125. I told her my husband is not gonna like the extra fees but she was like "bring him here I will convince him" confidently! I told her she's with the kids and she said "thats ok the kids can stay there blah blah" She dont know my husband that's why.. He's a one word guy! He hates her style. He would have manda everything and left after giving her a sermon. I think this is why we are a metro pcs because they'll you how much and that's it! I hate this manipulation practices really.
