  I was so frustrated with T-Mobile! My fiance has Cricket and has been telling me to switch.. So decided to switch. Was already frustrated and annoyed when I walked in.. Yashira greeted us as soon as we walked in! Asked what I was looking for or preferred. Explained to her my budget and what happened.. Yashira told me my options and took care of us . EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! WALKED OUT SATISFIED AND IN A BETTER MOOD!!! THANK YOU YASHIRA!!

  Went in to add my fiance and her mom to my account and they were transferring from T-Mobile to cricket on my account, went in the garth road location and was helped by YASHIRA and she was absolutely amazing and a HUGE help. Ended up adding 3 additional lines and a tablet and saving them a lot of money from their previous carrier. YASHIRA was great and i just wanted to make sure she got recognized for her hard work. Juan Aldaco here and have been a cricket costumer for 10 plus years and her great help reminded why I've been and will stay a cricket costumer. Thank you

  Es difícil encontrar personas que atiendan con tanta dedicación y buena actitud. Gracias a Yashira por su excelente atención y por hacer que todo el proceso fuera rápido, fácil y agradable. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo esta tienda por el gran servicio que ofrecen!
