  Placed a mobile order and all 4 sandwiches were wrong to some degree. One of the sandwiches was supposed to have the smashed avocado on it and despite paying extra for it, it had none. One of them had some extra veggies which were just picked off no biggie. Two of them were missing 2 different kinds of meat and double the protein which also costs extra. An all American club had only turkey and a cold cut combo had only ham. And all the sandwiches looked as though the boy who made them rolled them up in the paper so tight he smashed them while doing so. I took one sandwich back to have it remade because it was so wrong I couldn't just let it slide. I get there with the receipt and sandwich in hand and let both employees working know what was wrong and the lady(Becky) was so wonderful about it and made me another sandwich the correct way immediately. The boy employee whose name I couldn't see visible, was initially going to remake my sandwich but decided to get on his phone and "check and see something" before he did. He wandered around the back of the store, went to the register and propped himself up against the counter and just stood there on his phone. I'm patiently waiting but Becky sees all this and asks the boy if he can just remake the sandwich already to which he didn't respond, he continued to be on his phone. Becky, who was dealing with the big tea containers out front, came all the way back around to make my sandwich and he immediately disappeared to the back of the store. She apologized for the inconvenience and was just so helpful. The real kicker was that I even tipped in the app in hopes of getting my order right.
