  The lady that transferred my friends phone over was very rude and unprofessional. I tried talking to her and she was very short and had an attitude don’t recommend going in there if you need anything done.

  I would rather not give the 2 stores in Bay City nor the store in El Campo a star at all. Very disrespectful. Can't get a straight answer on who the manager is. Finally after 3 days my son was able to speak with Isreal and he is also very disrespectful, and totally unhelpful. All behind the purchase of a charger. I wouldn't advise anyone to shop at any of these 3 stores.
