  A cashier named Josman was absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. He went above and beyond and did extra steps that genuinely made my day better. His kindness and customer service stood out, and I really think he deserves recognition and even a raise. Employees like him make a huge difference in the experience , 5/9/26 .

  Very disappointed, under cooked wings, fries were old and I asked for half of them plain and boy be careful what you ask for, I mean no flavor whatsoever nothing. At least brine your chicken. The meat should always come off the bone not stick to it. Terrible won’t be going back, ever I threw forty dollars away.

  I placed a $115 order for a party and was very disappointed with the experience. When I got home, I realized my order was missing 3 large orders of veggie sticks, 6 personal ranches the order comes with and an extra large ranch that I paid extra for. I called the restaurant and was told I could either drive back to pick up the missing items or accept a credit for the items that expires in two weeks. Considering I live 30 minutes away, neither option was reasonable. It’s not even about the credit — it’s about the fact that I spent over $100 and my order was still incomplete. For a large order, I expected better attention to detail and customer service.
