  I mean first off food is okay. Its nothing stunning. Some how its like every time I come here they get my order wrong. No forks or straws for my family size meal im getting. Wrong drinks. 3 ranch cups for a 4 plus person order is hilarious to me. Just wack

  I had made an order for 1:27 PM, and on the app it said a 20-30 minute wait. I go in there, 1:45. They told me I was # 26 in line. Are you joking???? Okay. Guess making an online order and being told 20-30 minute wait was SUPPOSEDLY wrong. So I go out to do a few more errands, come back. STILL being "cooked up". I just got my food at 2:45 PM. A WHOLE HOUR AND 20 MINUTE WAIT FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY GONNA BE READY IN 20 TO 30 MINUTES...... Oh, and not to mention; the cashier that was asking about peoples orders was INCREDIBLY rude. Another customer came in asking for his order, and she said to them "You gotta speak up louder" while walking towards another tablet?? That's rude. I've been in customer service and never have I told a customer that they need to speak up louder. In conclusion; Why would your app say a 20-30 minute wait time when I go in to grab my order, it's not even CLOSE to ready?? I honestly would love some compensation. Ridiculous.

  The service has been poor all three times I’ve gone to make a purchase; I don't get the order the way I placed it, and the staff there are rude—it's really bad.

  Dude upfront was cool, but I ordered 45min before I got there and still had to wait extra 25 min while I watched everybody who had just ordered get their food before me
