  They keep asking me to provide identification documents AGAIN and again for using their mail box even though they checked my IDs when the contract re-newed (with increased rates!) earlier this year! I sent the docs to the email that gave me at the store in front of the employee in May per their request why do I keep getting notes in my mail box to provide it again?? are you cookoo over there? Are you not doing your job? Switching to USPS once my contract is over!

  I only come to this business when I absolutely have to. I simply do not understand how they have received so many 5 star reviews with the type of service they give. I know I am not the only one who feels this way but I guess I am one of the few that will write about it...and it's not just me they are rude to. I hear customers walking out of the store mumbling under their breathe about how rude the person was that "helped" them. The woman with the blonde hair has never...ever ever been nice to me or others that were in front of me. The same hold true for the guy with black messy hair and scraggly beard. He acts as if he is doing you a favor. I go to Drop Zone Shipping when I can, but have to come here when the is an Amazon QR code that needs to be scanned. I can't wait for other options. Finally, please don't blame your rudeness on being busy....we all get busy and can still be polite.
