  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I placed my order online, but the employees working at the front counter didn’t seem to read the order instructions and prepared my sandwich however they wanted. When I politely pointed out that it wasn’t made as ordered, instead of correcting the mistake with professionalism, they responded with a very rude attitude. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just for my order to be prepared as I had paid for it. Customer service was extremely poor, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. I hope management addresses both the lack of attention to online orders and the employees’ behavior toward customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

  If you are looking for a quick lunch stop around here, I highly recommend this location. I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed today that I had to. The woman making my sandwich was so efficient and professional that I actually asked if she was the manager. She said no (though she definitely should be). She was super humble and didn't want the spotlight, but I overheard a coworker call her Joanie. If she is working, you know you are going to get great service and your order will be perfect. 5/5.

  I ordered a footlong sub and only gotten a half sub from that old lady which she was very rude and unprofessional it wasn’t worth fight over because she doesn’t care

  This is the worst subway we have been in. They are not consistent with their food out of salad bowls next time no oil and vinegar one young man knows his job very polite. One older lady is just rude. I've decided to give my money to other shops that know how to manage their business. We have always loved Subway but not in Bastrop.

  Excellent experience at this Subway! The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Tuna Sandwich, and it was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly the way I wanted it. The bread was soft, the vegetables were crisp, and the tuna was perfectly prepared. Service was fast, and the employees paid attention to detail. Overall, a great meal and great customer service. I'll definitely be back for another Tuna Sandwich! 🥪
