The manager at Cricket in Bandera went beyond what was called for. She is awsome.

I was able to find a contract that fit my needs at a price I was able to afford. They also helped me out with a free phone! Would highly recommend stopping by for a new phone plan and a good chat. 100% Amanda the manager was great!

An absolute nightmare, It's great while selling you a phone, but then zero when there's issues. Which happened immediately. Spending hours try to get the issue resolved, still nothing. Have now bounced back & forth between Bandera & Kerrville with still no resolution. Now to be ultimately be told "call customer service" because we want ro cancel the service. Less then a week into #Cricket and this is our experience.
