I had such a great experience at this store, , and I especially want to recognize the gentleman who helped me. Mr. Joe K. he went above and beyond to help me out and was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire experience. He made what could have been a stressful situation feel so much easier, and I genuinely appreciated how willing he was to take the time to explain things and make sure I felt taken care of. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is genuinely that helpful and treats you with such kindness. I’m extremely grateful for everything he did for me. His customer service was exceptional, and he truly deserves to be recognized for it. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone, especially because of the wonderful experience I had with him!

Both Joes (two employees both named Joe) were extremely knowledgeable & friendly and went above and beyond to help us with car battery replacement. Very nice to receive such great customer service in an otherwise crappy & stressful situation of car dying/not starting unexpectedly.
