  If I could put ZERO stars I would this is like the fifth time they screw my order up. Just about a year ago I ordered about $50 DOLLARS worth of bone in wings and they were RAW and I also had requested a big ranch and they didn’t even put it in my bag. But I noticed a pattern on this. It is always when you place an online order. This past week or two ago I had a boneless parm and they gave me lemon pepper. Now today I got boneless parm but I got more grease than Parmesan seasoning I swear this location needs better management. Worst experience ever. I work at a restaurant and our priority is to keep customers coming back like if this exact situation happened at any other place why expect people to come back? Isn’t that the goal..for customers to come back? This is the worst location ever.

  I dont know who is running things tonight (Friday) but Im pissed why didnt you cook my food fresh. I come in here all the time and my food is never cold by the time I get home I live 7 minutes from your establishment and I put it in a door dash bag. Unexceptable. I came here specifically because my food is always cooked fresh. I came in an hour before you closed the guy who took my order, I am assuming is a manger of some sort because an employees asked what else needed to be done before they left, was rude and distracted. It's chicken strips and fried and wouldn't have even taken 15 minutes to cook fresh which im more than wiling to wait for my freshly cooked meal. You need some new training. Not to mention i called for 15 minutes straight and no one answered the phone. Absolute crap thats not good service at all.

  The worst location I’ve been to. Incredibly slow service, poor customer service and wings were very bland and tasted freshly thawed.
