  I have a cricket phone that was previously unlocked for an AT&t SIM. I've been using this phone for the past year and then all the sudden today it's been relocked by cricket. There is a cricket screen that tells me that my SIM card is not compatible even though it has been for the past year. This store was incredibly unhelpful on trying to fix the problem.

  Stefani was beyond amazing on a crazy/slow Friday that felt like a Monday.......amazing customer service and was very quick and knowledgeable with her stuff especially helping me and 1 other customer with setting up our new phone! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Keep up the amazing work Stefani!
