  What a disgusting company, went to this store to get a quote, and they ended up switching my number to Cricket without my consent. Now I'm stuck without my old number and it's gone, I went inside to tell them why did they switch my number over without my consent, all they told me is that they couldn't help me. This is honestly pretty crazy that they're switching numbers over without peoples consent. Do not come to this place ever

  Aurora Was amazing! She literally took time to go over a promotion for me to switch from T-Mobile to cricket. I had an old iPhone 11 and with this promotion I was able to get the iPhone 16E(3 to be exact) for an amazing deal. I had initially went to the location on el dorado but they were trying to charge me 3x more than what I was expecting with no real reason. I left immediately and came to the bacliff location. With this deal I went from $268 a month with T-Mobile to $110 a month with cricket. Extremely happy and satisfied with the process and switching over. Don’t hesitate to go if you’ve been thinking of it and ask for Aurora!

  Aurora has great customer service skills she helped me find the perfect phone and was such a a great help getting me all setup she went beyond definitely would recommend cricket in bacliff Texas go get u a new phone!! Thanku so much Aurora!!!
