I had a very upsetting experience at this Wingstop location on Saturday, March 7, 2026 around 6:55 PM involving the manager, Jonathan.
I placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived, my order was already sitting ready at the counter, but Jonathan intentionally ignored me while continuing to help other customers who arrived after me. I waited while he assisted multiple people even though my order had clearly been ready since I walked in.
When I attempted to speak with another employee to retrieve my order, that was when Jonathan finally interacted with me. Instead of helping, he told me “I’ll be right with you” in a dismissive way, with body language that showed clear annoyance and rudeness, as if he didn’t want to deal with me.
The situation escalated when he still refused to give me the pickup bag even though it was my order that I had already paid for online. When I reached for the bag from the pickup counter, Jonathan aggressively confronted me and slapped the bag out of my hands twice. He stated that he could do that because he was the manager.
No customer should ever be treated this way. The behavior was confrontational, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I came in only to pick up food I had already paid for and instead experienced hostility and physical aggression.
I hope corporate or the store owner seriously reviews this situation because this is not how a manager should treat customers.
