  I visited the store last week and I was amazed by the cleanliness of the store. I had some printing needed to be done. I was greeted by Jessica and her team members. Jessica asked kindly how she can assist me. She explained in details about the computer and asked if I had WhatsApp. She helped me to send the files there and showed me how to print through my WhatsApp. She made it so easy . She asked if I needed color prints that they will be able to assists me in the back. Jessica was professional, informative and very skillful along side her team. I will definitely return and recommend everyone to that store!

  The team at store 7970 in the Hancock Center Jessica Julissa & Dizzy are great. I continue to tell friends to use this UPS store for all their Amazon returns or other shipping needs

  Ms. Jessica was so helpful. I was sending a package to my brother to SC and it made it safely since I had them pack and ship his computer and other items. Kind and patient and quickly handled the line behind me that was building due to me not having all the info. Will come again in the future!

  I go to the 41st Street location by my home. They are fast, friendly, and affordable. Management is knowledgeable about products and services and if an employee doesn't have an answer they go out of their way to get one.

  If you need a print, DO NOT go to this UPS. I had a file to print off my USB drive. It started with the absurd $2.95 fee I have to pay for a 5 minute session. As soon as I opened my file up on adobe reader and tried to print, the system froze and the employees could not unfreeze it. One of the employees was super unhelpful and brought the timer down to 0 without achieving anything, and to make matters worse, blamed my 242 kB file for the system hanging, and not the Adobe application. She didn't have the presence of mind to ask if I wanted to extend the printing session with time in hand, and wanted me to restart the process and shell out another $2.95. Horrible experience overall.
