  Why would the UPS Store need to charge $4 plus tax to print a prepaid UPS shipping label.

  The staff here are incredibly organized. The store often has music and seems like a fun place to work, but don't let it fool you. These employees are efficient, competent, and just generally know their stuff. We've been dealing with some issues requiring us print, notarize, send, and even laminate lots of documents over the course of the past week. The staff have been helpful throughout. I couldn't ask for a better store.

  Whew it was totally crazy in there around 4:30 on a Friday but both employees especially Shay were super helpful, patient and giving great customer service.

  These employees act like they hate the customers, the store. and unbelievebly unpleasent to deal with everytime Im in here. I die a little inside everytime I have to do business at this location. I wish I was exaggerating. It would surprise me at all if one of them just jumped over the counter and started beating customers because they look and act like thats what they want to do all the time.
