  The employees gave great directions for me to find them because my google app had a wrong turn. Once I arrived I had good help and a friendly employee that explained everything to me. I was new at shipping letters and I needed that knowledgeable employee to answer all my questions and he did just that. I found him to be super pleasant! No rushing just precision help.

  I got good directions from them and employee number386310 helped answer all my questions and didn’t mind doing it. He likes his job and it shows because he seemed happy and smiled a lot! Yes this is a place that still has customer service! I love that.

  A little disappointed. We rushed over here to get a form notarized because it said Notary listed as a service. We got in just before closing and the staff were not pleased - sighed and looked up at the ceiling-. We apologized and said we had a very important document that needed to be notarized. They told us that they don't notarize at this location... That is upsetting because there were a few UPS' in the area and since we chose this one- we missed all the other locations as a possibility.

  This store is fine when they're not informing you about the insane charges UPS wants for shippers AND receivers. I have had some fine interactions at this store returning things with prepaid shipping labels. This is not a knock in anyway on the management or staff from this location... However, UPS the larger organization made my delivery such a pain in the butt, and there's not a good way to review the entire operation online, so I'm reviewing the entire experience right here. A 12 hour delivery window is BS, especially for a package that requires a signature. I had to use this store because you were about to return to sender after having the worst tracking/notification system I've ever seen. 2 missed deliveries because you can't be more specific than "Before 9pm." They came around 8pm Saturday, then 11 AM Monday morning. I'm not home during business hours. And then I get one more chance before it's returned to sender. So I call the seller and have it sent to this store because I don't want these missed deliveries to cost me a bunch of extra money. So having it sent to the store costs $8 apparently. Fine, whatever. You already kicked enough dirt in my face already. Paid the fee to get the box with my $1,000 item in it, then came here to drop a one-star for Useless Pathetic Stupid
