  I always have such a great experience when I come to this UPS Store, and a big reason for that is Ann! She is always so pleasant, welcoming, patient, and willing to help. No matter what I come in for, she takes the time to make sure everything is handled correctly and always goes above and beyond for her customers. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, but Ann truly stands out. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they leave satisfied. Her positive attitude and professionalism make every visit a pleasant one. Thank you, Ann, for always being so kind, helpful, and amazing at what you do! The UPS Store is lucky to have you!   This location is so clean and prepared. Jacob helped me today and I can’t express how amazing he is. I called before with some questions and just knew by his voice and customer service that this was the location for me. As soon as I walked in he was there to greet me with a huge smile, immediately knew that it was me that had called before and jumped right into what I needed. He made the process so easy and fast! And I can’t not thank him enough. If I could give 10 stars I would! Please celebrate Jacob for his stellar customer service and for going above and beyond for his customers!!!

  I really appreciate Jakob! He helped me with my printing quickly and made sure everything turned out perfect. Super professional, kind, and easy to work with. Great service!

  This team is very helpful. I’ve been to other UPS stores and not received this exceptional level of treatment. The standouts are Jakob, Ann, and Iliana. They notarize as well, and they do good notary work.

  Today I had to send back a phone using this odd box sent by at&t and Jakob was sooo helpful in figuring out the process with me. He was so sweet and funny. Sending anything can be dreadful, if you want it to be an enjoyable experience I highly recommend doing it here. :)
