    First visit here was met with *excellent* service. It's one thing to accomplish the task one sets out to do, but when soft skills such as attentiveness and kindness are thrown into the mix, it warrants commendation. Some skills can't be taught. Case in point & special appreciation are due Marcos who helped me with a simple notarization. When I flat out messed something up, he didn't try to shame me, or dismiss the need I still had, but helped me work through it. His service and approach made for a positively memorable experience for me regarding UPS, in something I wouldn't otherwise think twice about. #Marcos #Give him a raise #Fostering UPS Customer Loyalty
