Tried to drop off four pre paid packages today. Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful and insisted I drop them off at the very messy and unmanaged kiosk. The entire place was a mess. I left because I couldn’t risk my packages getting lost. Wouldn’t recommend.

They ask for $2,99 fee for processing an Amazon return where the label requires printing. Their kiosk prints it for free, but if it can't for whatever reason they seriously have the courtesy to ask $2,79 handling fee plus $0,20 printing costs. All while already getting the postage etc paid for. Its the only location around I found that has this practice.
