  I was visiting Austin on a work trip and bought some framed art while I was there. I used the pack and ship service offered by this location and was pleased with the results. Pictures were packed very well and arrived safely and quickly.

  This UPS Store is great! They take care of apostilles for you at a reasonable price. They are extremely helpful! I worked with Cassie, Jeremy and Brian - all very nice.

  They are wonderful! I sent a notarized document from Dallas to this store to get an apostille. Initially, prior to sending, I spoke with Jeremy who stayed on the phone with me a while explaining what I needed to do. Then, once this store received the documents, Cassie was in constant contact with me. First she called to ensure which page we were getting an apostille for (as there were 2). Then, when the Secretary of State did not approve the notarization, she called to explain. When I went back to my store in Dallas, Cassie spoke to them to explain what needed to be corrected. She subsequently even called me back recommending they scan and send the documents so she can review and be sure all is good this time. Brian was also at the store and he assisted, too. We had an issue with another document afterwards, and Brian and Jeremy called to explain the issue and what needed to be corrected. They even took the time to review the corrected document to ensure all will be done correctly this time. Cassie went out of her way to help me! She Brian, and Jeremy were so nice, patient, professional, thorough and great! Thank you Brian, Jeremy, and Cassie for all your help!!!
